How To Organize Everything Perfectly in Your Closet

We’d like to go out on a limb here and assume that your closet currently looks like a fighting ground for raccoons.
And who can blame you? No matter how many times you organize closets, they always end up looking like endless pits.
But it doesn’t have to be that way – not anymore.
With the following simple and fool-proof tips, you’ll never have to deal with decluttered closets ever again.

Gather The Necessary Materials
Before you start the actual closet organizing process, gather a few important things like:
  •  Trash bags
  • Damp rags
  • Cleaners
  • Brooms
  • Bins
Once you’ve collected these items, you won’t have to make trips to the attic, garage, or kitchen while you’re organizing your wardrobe.

Empty The Closet
Pull everything out of your closet and dump them on your bed. Since everything is already disorganized, you won’t have to worry about your garments getting wrinkled.
You can also toss your closet content on the floor, but make sure it’s clean. Otherwise, you’d need to wash the clothes on top of organizing them.

Clean Your Closet
Now that everything’s out in the open (literally), it’s time to put on your cleaning hat. Wipe down everything you see in your closet: drawers, shelves, hanging rods, and the floor.
Since your closet was filled with clothes, chances are you won’t have to put a lot of effort into cleaning it.

Bag ‘em Or Throw ‘em
It’s time to channel your inner Marie Kondo and make two piles of clothes:
  • The get-rid-of pile
  • The goes-back-inside-the-closet pile
Wrap It Up
That’s it. You’ve finally organized your closet – an activity you’ve been putting off for months. And since closets hardly stay the same way for more than a few weeks, you’re welcome to follow these tips again!
